The jungle lands is the home of Chimi, the widow queen, jungle lands king, and the people live in. Chimi was cast out of the village due to her mother dying before she was born and the villagers thought she was a curse and called her el Monstruo blanco. She was raised by animals and later became A skilled archer where she had won A bow. Chimi had punched the jungle lands king because he called her his pet and in return, the enraged king burned down Chimi's home and killed all her adoptive animal family, causing her to be disruptive of humans. However, she later changed her attitude after joining Maya in her quest of defeating lord Mictlan and the evil gods.[]

The widow queen tells Maya and Rico that after her father died, she had sent guards to invite Chimi back to the jungle lands, but she made it clear that they were not welcome. And some of the jungle lands guards have injuries, such as one guard has a golden eye patch, the other guard has a golden hook for a hand and growls, and the third has a hook for a head, much to Maya and Rico's horror.
When Rico and Maya arrive in the jungle lands, they don't see any guards, until they look behind them and see a bunch of jungle guards about to shoot them with darts while glaring at them. Rico attempts to handle it at first, but gets knocked out by tranquilizers along with Maya and Chiapa.
After Maya explains to the Widow queen that the prophecy she saw was true, the queen invited her and Rico to a tea party and the tea party was serious business as the jungle guards had set up the table before placing Maya and Rico in the chairs along with the Widow Queen and her doll Fabiola. And all the archers point their bows at Maya and Rico.
